Hey Sis!

Johnny took me out to Brookland Cemetery where I found the graves. I didn't find Daniel there or elsewhere. I also stopped by Brush Creek (back in the 80's). There's neither sign nor record of any Swank or Schwenck graves there. Daniel, Elusive John, and John's wife Elizabeth are likely in a Lutheran or public cemetery. Daniel's wife Elizabeth likely converted to Covenanter when she remarried, leading to the story we've always been told about being Scot-Irish Presbyterians as far back as anyone could remember.

I found Daniel's baptismal records along with about 4 siblings in the transcription of the old German pastor's diary at the Apollo library back in the 80's. I believe the pastor's name was Elias Turner.

About all I have left is two notebooks of printouts, which I'm entering slowly into FTM. Most of my copies of other stuff apparently resides with Bonnie, or more likely a landfill somewhere by now.
