My great-grandmother (Kate Smith, nee Erpenbeck, b 1862) married George B Swank in August of 1910 in Phoebus (now Hampton), Virginia. The newspaper article stated that the couple would live in Muncy Valley PA after the wedding. I understand from my grandmother's diary, that the marriage didn't last and ended badly. I know nothing more, except she also mentions an "uncle Peter" in Muncy Valley. From these clues, I believe George and Peter Swank may be the sons of Samuel P Swank and Rebecca Rogers.

Any information would be greatly appreciated...
