I have a Jacob Swart in Capt Alex Whites Company. They left NY 1783 and went to Sorel, Que then onto Cataraqui, Que (later to be Kingston, Ont). I thought he might be related to Simon Swarts that did the same, but with Michael Grass Co. I and Jean Ann Lupinetti are researching Simon Swarts.
