i have this listed in the Swayne book, published 1955, 2nd edition.
Caleb T Swayne , supposed son of robert Swayne & perhaps Elzabeth Hamilton , married at weatchester, June 20, 1816 by John Graves, J.P., Sarah Brown of New Garden. The magistrates docket has it as Caleb Swain.
5th of 3rd month 1839, Caleb t Swayne & wife Sarh of Baltimore, MD. and other Brown hers deeded to Benjamin Brown of New Garden for $445 four acres there recieved 2nd day 4th mo 1813 by Ann Brown, Now Michener, Sarah Brown, now Swayne, And Elzabeth Brown as tenants in common. Letters in the estate of Caleb T. Swayne of Wilmington were issued Mar 17, 1854 to John Rice of New Castle Co., Del. No children have been found.
