Hi:

I am also descendant of that same Francis Swayne and I have (I presume) the same book as you which is called Chester County Swaynes. I also did some research a long time ago in England looking for church records in the parish of Bienfield near Reading for ancestors earlier than 1700 with the name Swayne. I have the excerpts of these parish records which include baptisms, marriages and burials of Swaynes in England from about 1500 till 1700. Francis Swayne and his father William are among them.

Contact me by e-mail if you would like. I would also like to know what sort of research you have done. Are you thinking of up-dating the book "Chester county swaynes"? I think one of my aunts had that project in mind as well.
