I am a decendent from this line - Richard down to Orrin came from Berkshire to Mass . . . The spelling was changed from Swayne to Swain (in some family lines!) My current question: Where is the lineage BEFORE 1660? My brother was in Ireland & found out that "Swain/Swayne" comes from MacQueen & Gunn . . . I'm asking if anyone might have more info, as my brother didn't seem interested to help!!!
