I am related to your Surry Co.,NC SWEATT family that married into my MORELAND line from there also. I am just learning new information on George SWEATT that I did not know about.
Do you have any information on the MORELAND line? Elizabeth MORELAND was his wife. If you ever research George's wife, Elizabeth's family, be glad to share information that I have collected on this family for 29 years.
I did not know any SWEATTs went to Texas especially McLennan Co.,TX. That is where my husband and I go to all the time for research at a wonderful public library that has a fantastic genealogical department. My late grandmother,Moreland lived in Waco in the early 1950's. Small World.
