Sweeneys of Wheeling, Va (now W.Va.) c. 1840
I am looking for information about Sarah Sweeney, born 1839 in Wheeling and died 1891 in Sistersville, WVa, and her family. I would like to be able to link Sarah, if possible to the Sweeney family covered in the book "Flight to Erin", by Tom Sweeney (copyrighted by the Exposition Press in New York in 1948).Any information about the genealogical information in that book would also be appreciated, or about Sarah Sweeney's ancestors in Ireland, or wherever they came from.
