Swigart, John; cerca 1793 PA/Richland OH

Looking for information leading to identifying ancestry of John Swigart (perhaps John D. Swigart) born in 1793 in Chambersburg, Franklin Co, Penn (and another record gives his birth in Milton, Richland County OH in 1800). John's father also may have been named John.
John was married to Barbara Ann Young.
Their children were Abram 1818, George W. 1820, Luther 1827, Leonard 1821, Amy 1839, and my great grandfather Solomon Gladden Swigart 1826.
Solomon married Elizabeth Miller (b.1832, Mansfield OH) in 1850. They lived in Monroe Township, Richland County OH, Noble County Indiana, Whitley County, Indiana, Newton County, Iowa and died in Ravenna, Nebraska.
Their children were John Young, George William, Winfield Luther, Adaline Olive, Martha Alice, Clara Jane, Mary Elizabeth, Clinton Denny, Amy Ann, Mason Franklin and Arthur McDonald... all surnamed Swigart.
I am trying to trace the family back in time into the 18th century and to Europe. I would like to identify the parentage of John Swigart and his families origons and locations.

Any help will be appreciated. Any information will be shared.
Thank you
