Well, I don't see any connection at this point, my Marys were born alot earlier than yours, I believe anyway.
But there probably is a connection because most of the Swigarts in McD. Co., ILL. (abb.), were part of my clan. Do you have any other family members to go along with your Mary?
What I would need to know first is the actual year that your Mary was born. Then find out if there were census records taken close to the years after her birth. And find who was in her family. Also try to see if they started birth cert. for that county at that time. If so try to get one for yours. Then there would be her parents names on their and other info on there. If not. Try to get into Bible records, church records. City Hall or Court house records.
Also I found out that funeral homes or cemetaries have tons of info. If you know where she was buried, call to see if they still have records. IF they do ask them to send you a copy of the info they have on Mary Swigart. Usually they have tons of info. In fact cemetaries usually have a gold mine of info. Then you can go back because usually families are buried together or at least in the same cemetary at times.
Try that. As soon as you know something more. Get back to me and I will try to find a connection. If I can help out any further let me know.
