Hello Gene and Janice...
I do not think that I am relative to Nathan and Cordie Elizabeth Smith Swindell... however my father Elijah Manuel Smith (aka Lewis Melton Smith) was a very close and long term friend to Judge Green and Beulah Sinclair Swindell who lived in the Kingston area of Hunt Co TX, then in the Kaiser-Maxey Hall Community. So close in fact, that in 1925 my father moved our family to Alba, TX as result of comments from Nathan and Dad worked at the Ginger Brick Factory and lived near Pink Swindell and others. I always wondered why they used the colorful names for men like Pink and Green. Maybe I am also in need of who Cordie Elizabeth Smith was... and I know not all replies will be through the Genforum... but, I hope to see the end results of your plan to assemble the family data... Thanks Bill Smith
