Swint to Svinth?
Posted by: Ian Svinth (ID *****0301) Date: September 02, 2006 at 21:15:22

I have been doing some geneology studies, and have found this: my last name could be Irish or Dutch. My last name is pronounced "Swint." I was raised and have found significant evidence to show that my family is Danish, however the name "Swint" is turning out to be Irish. I am speculating that maybe an Irish branch of my family moved to Denmark.

I was wondering if anyone had heard of any other "Svinth"s.
