Hi Winnie -
The word before Wagon Road looks like it may read as Simmons Wagon Road.
I don't know exactly what Dr. John Swint's other endeavors may have been but he appears to have owned property in Charleston, itself and was described as a surgeon.
The other names mentioned in the estate record for John Kelly do not ring any bells for me.
