Good Morning Samuel,
I happen to have one Eva Katherine Knoch (1804-1878), on one of my side line families who was born in Germany. She married Anthon Reineche (1783-1858), who was from Buchenau, Baden. They came to America around 1833, with a family of 3 children and settled in Sandusky County, Ohio. Anthon Americanized his name to Anthony Reinick.
I have no other info on Eva Knoch.
