Sykes & Hough Hogg married Franklin Nc

Can any one tell who Lee Sykes belongs too!! He married Amelia Hogg and lived in Isle of Wight Va and Franklin Nc. It seems the counties of Franklin Nc and Isle Of Wight connect at the state lines. At John Hoggs estate sale Lee & Amelia Hough Sykes is listed.
