My grandfather's sister, Ollie Heartsill, married a Walter Tabb ca 1893 in IT, (Okla), Tx or Ga. They had 2 children, D.C. Tabb (male) and Gladys Tabb. but by the 1900 census she was back in Murray Co. Ga. married to a John Riddell and had these 2 children listed as SS & SD , plus a new baby Julia Riddell.
I have been unable to find a marriage for Ollie and Walter and or a divorce etc.
Part of the Heartsill family had moved to Okla. about 1891-92 and a sister living in Carter Co. wrote a letter to Ollie (1892) saying "Walter went to the picnic". I do not know where Ollie was when she recieved the letter but her parents were living in the vicinity of Coal Co. Ok. in the 1900 census.But an older married sister was still living in Murray Co. Ga.... I notice you have a Walter Tabb whose parents lived in Pottowattomie, Co Ok. Do you have anymore info on this Walter? This sounds like a strong possibility.
