Im afraid I don't have anything on your family but thought I would take a chance that you were connected to my family in England. If so I have several thousand Tabb's in America.
The following is the Lineage I have in England:
William Tabb, Died Dec 25 1653 in England. Married to Alice. Children: (1) John T Tabb born bet 1558-1587. Died 1634 in Thurtestone Co, Devon England. Married Rebecca. (2) Joan married Ellis Square (3) Mary married ? Nealde.
William's Sone John T Above:
John T Tabb, married Rebecca who was born 1n 1586. Children (1) Humphrey, born Sep 17, 1609 in Fivehead, Somersetshire, England. Died 1638 in Elizabeth City, Virginia, USA. Married Anna (Joanna) Lurveadebirs.
(2) William Tabb, born 1632 in England. (3)Alice Tabb born 1612 in England. (4)Prudence Tabb born after January 10, 1648/49.
Humprey emigrated to America and to my knowledge is the only one that did. He had on son, Thomas, who sired several kids and the American Tabbs have spread from there.
