I have a Thomas S Tabb, married to Mary Billups. Believe to be born about 1830, in Baltimore County, MD, married in 1854 in Trinity Church, Kingston Parish, Mathews Co, Va.
Most of his family was born in Mathews County. Dad was Thomas Todd Tabb. Spouse was also born in Mathews County.
I also have a number of Yeatman's intermingled with this Tabb Family, including several "Charles" and they are all from Mathews County, Va.

This is very possibly the Thomas S Tabb you are looking for.
