The "Widow Taber", 1682, Providence

Sorting through my stack of "stuff' collected over the years that I kept for just in case I could use it someday, I again came across a page I copied from "The Early Records of the Town of Providence", Vol XV, either page 241 or 211 (it did not copy well); Item No. [0367] which speaks of the Neighbor widdow Taber and how she wanteth releife....... (for her provision) by ye Towne.

It is dated 27th of Aprill: 1682. Naturally I think first of a widow of Philip Taber but information I have ever found seems to indicate that both his wives were deceased by this time, so: who was she? Did his second wife actually outlive him? I did not find anything more during the years I had libraries for research and tried to follow up further on this ; does anyone have an explanation as to who this widow Taber was? Perhaps she was the wife of another Taber in Providence?
