Grietje Aertsze Tack was daughter of Aert Pieterszen Tack
and Annetje Arians. Annetje may have been so ill that she
was unable to attend her daughter's baptismal ceremony, so a vooght (Dutch for guardian) named Grietje took Annetje's place. I reckon that the vooght (guardian) might possibly have been Annetje's mother (full name: Grietje Jans).
