The Nathan and Ellen are probably her Grand parents, Nathaniel and Ellen. Their children were born between 1851 and 1858 approximately, some 25 years prior to Bessie's birth. Also, Nathaniel and Ellen were married in 1848 which would have been 32 years prior to Bessie's birth. The question then becomes: Where did Bessie's parents, John and Ada go and leaving baby Bessie with the grandparents? Isn't this fun???? Stay in touch.
