Nita, you're absolutely right! Here are some bits I came across in my search for Thomas Tackaberry-- Robert Tackaberry and Thomas Tackaberry were among the residents of Allegheny County, PA, 1808. James and Robert Tackaberry owned land in the township of Pine, which was divided in 1809. Thomas Tackebary and Robert Tackebury were listed in the 1810 Census, Allegany Co. PA, p. 234 & 235. Thomas Tackelbery was listed in the 1820 Census of Alleghany County, Pittsburgh TSP, p. 31: One male, 26-44; one female under 10,2 females 10-15, one female 26-44. ----- From "Passenger & Immigration Lists Index, 1983 supplement: Nathaniel Tackaberry, (age not available), New York, 1812 (from Scott, Resident Aliens Enabled to Hold Land in New York State)
