Most the information I have I got from the Latter Day Saints site. They also have information listed as Carter as well as Harter. My grandmother was Granddaughter of Martin Bratcher and Martha Talbott daughter of Henry Stanton Talbott and Martha Harter. They were all from Spencer County Indiana. Martha And Henry Talbott are buried in Orleans Indiana In Orange County Indiana. Both Martin Bratcher and Henry Talbott were physicians, but Henry became a Methodist minister. I can not verifiy any info on the Keys side of the family, but Martin Bratcher was from Bourbon County Ky. His last name went from Bradshaw to Bratcher somewhere from Ky to Indiana. I am still trying to sort alot of information I have. I may be able to make more of a connection in the future. I do know that it seems that Varner, Kellems, Bratcher or Bradshaws, Talbott and Harter all seem to be moving together. Alot seem to stop in Spencer County Indiana.
