Spent another couple of days in Wiseburg & Stablersville looking at cemeteries as well as hitting the Baltimore County Historical Society library. I found the link I was looking for and that was William's father was Elisha Talbott. Elisha was buried in Stablersville which is only a couple of miles away from Wiseburg. At the historical society was able to put the rest of the puzzle together based on Shirk's book. Will be spending some time on the Stahler's which is the other side of my family then I'll move on to see if I can find more information on the debate of who Richard's father was (Robert or John)? There are a number of John's in my linage so I maybe leaning that way even though Shirk indicates Robert???
