"Barretts Delight" or "Carroll's Manor"

"Barretts Delight" or "Carroll's Manor" does anyone have information on these two areas in Mine Run Hundred ... the area today is around today's Stablersville/Parkton/Wiseburg in Northern Baltimore County. I have John and his son Jeremiah Talbott living there. Elisha Talbott Jeremiah's son later on as well. Also noted that there was a Richard, Edward & Benjamin Talbott that also lived in the area. I believe Richard was Jeremiah's brother and Edward & Benjamin were John's brothers and they all moved up to that area from West River (Poplar Knoll - now called Tulip Hill). I am a descendent of Elisha. Not sure the boundaries of Mine Run Hundred as well as what were the boundaries of Stablersville in 1790. There are many Talbott's buried in the Wiseburg cemetery mainly from the Elisha Talbott line.
