Hi Michael

I sent you an e-mail the other day. Let me know whether it arrived.

I would love to have copies of any photographs.

Peter John Talty was presumably born in the townland of Coor West in county Clare - his father John Talty was living there for the 1901 census. Peter's death record gives his date of birth as 16 Nov 1855.

I don't know for certain when he immigrated - the 1900 census gives the year as 1880, but immigration dates in census returns are notoriously unreliable.

I've been trying to trace Peter and Ida's descendants but have not figured out where you come into the family tree.

Paddy
