Hi, the article is in the newspaper archives of the Cooke Co. Public Library in Gainesville, Texas. My surname list does not include Tanco, just found some articles while searching for my surname list. For copies of anything in the newspaper or anything in that area like marriages, land records, etc., the Cooke Co. genweb/rootsweb site has the Cooke Co. Historical Society listed along with some people who do lookups for the area--there is usually a very small charge for paper copies.
