Hello Jose... I hope that you have read my previous message. This is the immediate family that I can put in the proper place. I have other information on the Tanco family that is unclear at this time. In my grandmother's belongings she left pictures of family members that she had corresponded with through the years. One of the pictures has marked on the back... "Jose Tanco (your cousin)" and in the same handwriting is another picture marked "Consuelo Beatrice F. Tanco [Doty] my daughter" then another picture says "Geo N. F. Tanco Chief Petty Officer Seabees Engineer for construction 4/1944". There is an additional picture which I believe is taken about the same time... the gentleman appears to be older than the others "Ulysses S. Tanco." I have pictures painted by Edmund Tanco hanging in my home and so does my sister... an additional photo says "Jose, Emma & Edmund U. Tanco his son"... It is my firm belief that Consuelo Tanco Doty lived in St. Louis Missouri from papers that my great uncle left in his belongings. Do any of these names ring any bells??? I would love to know if there is a connection. thanx, deb-
