Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Robin
I believe that Charles Decker may have been the Brother or half Brother of my G Grandfather Philip Decker. Philip born in 1856 is listed with his family and Father Jacob DUKER on the 1860 census. 1870 and 1880 Jacob is listed as Decker, Philip is not living with Jacob.
Charles is born 1862. Jacob is always a painter, from Germany, but his families and wives seem to change each census.
