The variation in the name spellings is due to what the person said [accents] vs what was heard, plus they were not the greatest of spellers.
For instance my father-in-law [from Italy] spelled his surname R E CC E, my former husband also from Italy will say R - E,I mean American 'I', two C's, American 'I'.Ricci pronounced Ree Chee.....See how spellings can go astray.

I cannot locate a marriage, what you might do is locate the parish they were living in when the children were born.Their baptismals may contain info : )

On her immigration as Boggia does it list whom she was coming to visit/live with?

You state Ralph/Rafaele was born 1914....Cannot find any record of his birth.
