Rose,
I have found my Grandfather's and my Great-Grandfather in the census records in Prairi Cty. Ark. My Great Grandfather's name is Robert Lincoln Tarter married to Ludy Windley. Their children are listed.
I also found there Cementary records.
Now the problem is that I can not find Robert's father. The Census shows his father as being born in Kentucky and I suppect Pulaski Cty.
I would be interested in knowing who Hiram's children are and also any information you might be able to share on Robert Lincoln Tarter's parents if you should know.
Hiram is certainly a possibility.
