Susan,
I now know Roberts full name. Under marriages in Oscar's book, he has Nellie Norman (my grandmother) marring Robert Lee Tarter which was her Father-in-Law. And, I now know why she was sooo upset with the book. You would have to have known my Grand Mother to appreciate that statement.
As you and others have suggested I am trying to get a death certificate for Robert and I have some one checking on other issues in DeValls Bluff, Prairie Cty., Arkansas since I cannot find much on Robert and others. In the cemetary where Robert and Luler are buried there is also a R.L.Tarter and an O.L.Tarter. Thus far I have been able to find nothing out about them. Also, I have been able to find nothing about Elmore and Opal. Therefore any help you might be able to supply on those four would of course be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Norman
