Catherine Culp by Richard Scott of 524 Is this the Christian Tarter mentioned in the will of Balzar Tarter. You can find the will on Genealogy.com posted by Lawrence Dillard on 2/27/02. Balzar was born about 1734 and lived in PA. He died about 1800 in Cripple Creek, VA. His will mentions his younger sons Frederick, Christian and Daniel and his daughters Margaret and Catherine.
