I'm not really a Wampler historian.....

Kegley, Early Adventurers on the Western Waters Vol III part 2 page 525.

"On December 25, 1791, John Stanger married Magdalena Wampler (1772-1846), daughter of Hans George Wampler, Sr. and his wife Elizabeth Stephan (Steffey) of Wythe County".

George's daughter Magdalena was too young to be Balzor's wife so assume she was a sister?
