Hello Ralph,
I hope you're still out there and working on the Tarters. I'm the daughter of I. LaVerne Wilson, and she was married to Linden Tarter before she married my father. On her mother's side, we are descended from Merrill J. Tarter.

Do you have information online, or can we exchange some information?
