I am researching two soldiers who enlisted in the 26th Arkansas Infantry Regiment during the Civil War.They are:

Enlisted 22 May 1862 at Lewisville, Lafayette County, Arkansas.Deserted 26 Jul but retunred
1 Nov 1862.Present through Feb 1864.Age listed as 25 on 1860 Lafayette County Census.
Born in Tennessee.Died 15 Feb 1878.Widow Amelia Tatom filed Pension Application (6447)
22 Aug 1901 from Lafayette County.
Stephen W. TatomCo. GPvt/Pvt
Enlisted 22 May 1862 at Lewisville, Lafayette County, Arkansas.Promoted 3rd Corporal 1 Sep
1862.Granted 10-day furlough 5 Oct 1863.Did not report back.Age listed as 30 on 1860
Lafayette County Census.Born in Tennessee.Filed Pension Application (6446) 22 Aug 1901
from Lafayette County.
I have no genealogical connection to these men but am writing a book on their regiment.Any help in learning their dates/places of birth, death, and burial location would be greatly appreciated.
