Hi - have not talked with you for a while.
How are you and are you doing any genealogy
searching this summer??we are headed to Calif. in a couple of weeks. On the way
we hope to get some info in Kansas.Phil's
great grandmother's sister was a clairvoyant (sp?) and we have found four different names for her.She really has us puzzled and Phil's mother (before she died) told us how
Aunt Belle was one of her favorite people as
a child and we can't seem to find anything
on the computer about her.Kansas does not
have a lot on the internet....so we thought a
person visit would be helpful.Hope we find
something...anything!We are in the process
of trying to joing the "First Family's" of
Miami County, Ohio.Which means the ancestors were here prior to 1830.Proving it is another thing...but, we are working on
it.If you would like I can send you a copy of the many hours of hard work when we get it
completed...I am waiting on the wills of Samuel, Moses and John.(grandfather, father and son).....I still can not get over the fact that John Teague built a house for $8,000 during the civil war years...that was big bucks.....Wonder where they went??hahaha!!Oh well, such is life.
Have a great summer and write when you can.
