Jacob Teague 1816 - 1884 in Kentucky
I have just ran across a copy of a page in a Teague book.I think that this could be my line of Teague's.So any information or help on this line would be greatly appreciated.This is what it shows:
Jacob Teague 1816 - 1884
Jacob Teague was born Oct. 9, 1816 in Knox or Whitley County, Kentucky to Joshua and Elizabeth Siler Teague.Jacob moved to Cherokee County, Alabama before 1840.on to Van Buren County, Arkansas before 1860, finally settling in McNairy County, Tenn before 1870 where he died Feb. 1, 1884.He married Sarah Jefferies, born 1819 in South Carolina (according to census records) and died 1905.Jacob and Sarah Jefferies Teague are buried at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery at Selmer, McNairy County, Tenn. Children are as follows:

7. Sarah Teague b. 1849 in Cherokee Co. Ala.
8. Cansada Teague b. 1852 in Cherokee Co. Ala.
9. Thomas P. Teauge b. 1858 in Cherokee Co. Ala.
10. James A. Teauge b. 1862 in Cherokee Co. Ala.
I would like any information on any person of this family and there descendants, the main person that I am interested in is Cansada Teague. who she married and children.I also have a picture of my Cansada with another women that I might be able to see if there is any connection with the other female children in this list.I hope that we can make a connection somewhere i have been coming up with all dead ends.Thanks in advance for any help that anyone may be able to give.JoAn Elkins
