Hi Carissa,
My great grand father Antonio Tedesco, left Tramutola with his mother and aunt by boat going to Argentina around 1880. He liked Brazil so much, that he returned later on to live and die there. He married Helena Nigro in Brazil. They made several trips back to Tramutola and a couple of their children were born in Italy. Later on his two daughters married two brothers from the Pierri family, which we knew were from Tramutola also. We don't know much more about the family they left behind.
