TEMPLEMAN NAME IN SEAFORD ENGLAND

Hello Martin
As a Noakes whose ancestors come from Ticehurst, Salehurst, Brede and Burwash, I have always been interested in the few Templeman entries that I found when looking for Noakeses, as my mother was a Templeman from Carlby in Lincolnshire, and I have been looking for Templemans on a worldwide basis for the past decade or so. I have a large collection of Templeman sources for the UK, and some for overseas, and the addresses of a number of other researchers who may be of further, more specialised help.
Although there may not be a direct Templeman-Templeman link (as the Templars probably employed your ancestors in Sussex seperately to my ancestors in Lincolnshire), I have always been intrigued by a possible Sussex female line connection to my Noakeses (via Vigors, Elphicks, Pimms, Barneses, Cruttendens, Fullers, or one of the many other families), which could mean that I am doubly descended from two separate lines of Templemans. I would be very interested to exchange information with you, I am at 83 Tetuan Road, Leicester, LE3 9RT, or [email protected], or here.
Best Wishes Martin Noakes
