Hi Bill,

Sorry to burst your bubble - but there does NOT appear to be any evidence that Annetje was a Terhune.

Below are baptisms associated with this couple - none of the witnesses can be tied to the Terhune family. At one time I also thought her to be a Terhune but I would suggest you look among the Koning, Van Vleck and/or Borgers families for her identity.

New Amsterdam RDC
1676 23 Aug; Jan Corneliszen, Annetie Alberts; Jacob; Albert Koning, Isaac Van Vleck, Engeltie Borgers

1678 1 May; Jan Corn. Van Texel, Annatie Alberts; Jan; Manus Borgers, Annetie Borgers
* * * * *
1681 6 Oct;
Jan Corneliszen, Anneken Abels;
Willem;
Hendrick Abrahamszen, Tryntie Kom
* * * * *
1683 9 Oct; Jan Corneliszen, Annetje Alberts; Annetie; no witnesses

In addition below is the baptism of Annetje, d/o Albert & Greitje Terhune. Having been baptised in 1653, she could not have married *anyone* in 1657.

1653 3 Mar; Albert Albertszen;Annetje; Willem Gerritsz [Van Couwenhoven?], Tryntje Hadders, Tryn Claes
