Ed, when you go to Ancestry.com, click on Search at the top of the page. Fill in as much information as you have in the form - your grandfather's name, year of birth, place of birth, date and place of death. At the bottom of that form click on the Add More Information; when that comes up if you have their date and place of marriage add that then on down a bit where is says to add family members - click on the first box and select spouse type in your grandmother's name. Then click Search. You should then get a list with Family Trees first - the first one had your grandfather you can look at those then go back to the remainder of the list and look at the other information...just keep scrolling down the page and you will find the location of his military information. You just have to keep digging through all those lists to see what you can find.
