Heather, I might be able to help some, but I, too, would like to figure out how Solomon Terrell is connected, as Solomon Terrell (the elder; I think he had a son also named Solomon) was a Revolutionary War patriot. Jane Terrell (who married Rufus Acral Smith in Wake Co, NC) is my GGG grandmother. Their daughter, Lenora ("Nora") Smith married Edwin Wilder; Nora & Edwin are my GG grandparents. This info I know for certain; I have a tintype of Jane Terrell and photos of Nora & Edwin. If it helps, I THINK but am not 100% certain that Edwin Smith & Elizabeth Taylor were Rufus Smith's parents.

I THINK (but again am not certain) that I've seen your "Andrew Jackson Terrell" also listed as "Aaron Jackson Terrell." Are you familiar with the "Terrell Genealogy" by Emma Dicken? I have seen reference to it online but haven't seen a copy, nor do I know how accurate her research was.

Does any of this help?
