I am a descendant of Richard W and Amanda Williams. They were my great grandparents; my grandfather was Andrew David one of their sons. My father was Perry David. I have a lot of information on the family but have never been able to find out who Richard's parents were. They came to Washington, Ga from South Carolina then on to Pike County. I have visited their grave and in fact a few years ago some of us purchased a stone for Amanda's grave as there was one for Richard but not Amanda and I believe his first wife may be there too but am not sure. I use to hear my father speak of Minnie and have some stories to tell about her and Richard's Will which I have a copy of. I live in Dawsonville Ga about 50 miles north of Atlanta.
