Tessier land in downtown Montreal

I am an Urbain Tessier descendant, and would be interested in connecting with someone who knows about the legal battle for Urbain's land in downtown Montreal.
I will also mention that there is a hamlet/village in Saskatchewan called Tessier. I believe that it was named after a Doctor Tessier who moved to the area around 1910 from New York State (I think). After a decade or so, he moved back to the States.
