Dear Jan:

Why are you being so rude and hot headed about my inqury. And what do you think you know about me and my knowledge of law.

I do not remember saying anything about re-opening or re-filing any new action on this case, or whether or not the ruling was valid or would withstand constitutional muster. I am only seeking information and documentation on the matter and past actions for personal or sentimental reasons. I am just seeking the truth. I don't expect you to understand that or why it is or personal importance to me. It just is.

Now if someone wants to provide me with some unbias and accurate information and the documentation to support their position or wishes to engage in some kind of constructive and friendly dialog about this matter, I would like to hear from them. Not from somebody just looking to take cheap shots at me because I am trying to seek the truth on this matter and the proof to back it up.

Regards,

Jeff
