Aloha from a tiny dot in the middle of the Pacific. I have Jette here---not the guy but his dictionary---so can give you a limited amount of help. Use my e-mail address (just click on my name) Some of Jette's abbreviations:
n=birth b=baptism d=death s=burial m=marriage ct=contract Most church marriages were preceded by a marriage contract (something like a prenuptial agreemant) that usually gave more info about the couple than the church ceremony. When the church record of a marriage couldn't be found, genealogists would cite the contract. these contracts are available today but are really hard to read/decipher/translate. Best, Jerry
