Thankyou for responding, Information that I have just recieved from someone who looked up this Louis Tessier in The Drouin's, vol.2, the blue book, leaves me to believe that I am on the Wrong track. The Louis Tessier that I m. Marguerite Coitou is not my line) I was told that Louis' name in Canada was Tessier) not having any luck in Confirming this. This Louis Migrated to Bangor,Ny changing the name to Tacy, (1860 census)Tacia then to Stacy/Stacey, and at sometime married a woman named Margaret Ladesay. Louis had five children, on of them being my ggreatGrandfather William Stacy. But I am not sure if this Ladesay was even the mother of William, because in Louis's will it states that William being a minor with no General Gaurdianship. But Margaret Stacy was still alive, she lived to the old age of 104.
