Not quite sure it's the same person, but here is one Pierre Tessier born in Berthier in 1802 (info from TW Denomme's "Our French Ancestry in Huron County", pg 749):

Pierre Tessier, son of Jean Baptiste Tessier and Therese Huppe-Lagroix, born July 22, 1802.

Marriage 1 on 2/1/1825 at Berthier to Judith Lacourse Gelinas (Michel & Marie Lavoie)

Marriage 2 Aug 17, 1841 at Ste-Elisabeth to "Anonym Genevieve" "Parents omitted."

Right place, wrong wives. But it's always possible there were more than two, as there's no dod on Theresa.

I also peeked at PRDH and there was a man named Pierre Tessier Laforest listed as the father on a number of baptisms at St-Cuthbert in the 1790s. Now the PRDH ends right at 1799, but there may be enough to give you some sense of direction. It appears he was married at St-Cuthbert in 1792. Can't find the wife's name in the online version. If you have access to the original books, you should be able to find her.

I ran Theresa Fafard, just on the off chance she was born before 1799, but there's no result for her at all.

Don't know if any of this helps, but let me know. Here's the site address for PRDH if it'll help:

Good luck.
