Yamila, Do you have any idea of the names of the children of this pair? Did they remain in Quebec or did they emigrate to the US at some point? I have a Michael Casey in my group that is giving me fits. I do believe that he is connected to the Tessier group. I believe that to be his true surname. He was born abt 1838-1840. According to the census he was born in French Canada but at some point came to the US. He was naturalized in 1859. Could your Michel possibly be his father? Any thoughts?
Thank you for any input you can give. Sara Burkholder
